Here's an explanation with all the necessary details for project requests! For anything not covered, please reach out! Let's not leave you curious my friends. Thank you for your interest!!
LOGOS / PORTRAITS
Sketch Portrait-Basic: 30USD
A sketch only.
Sketch Portrait-Regular: 40USD
A sketch with simple black/white and/or gray shading.
*Incorporating a single color in shading is a 5USD flat fee.
** Final lineart, i.e. a clean sketch, costs an extra 4USD.
Portrait-BW: 60USD
A full workup portrait. With Black/white/gray shading, added depth and optional simple background.
*Incorporating a single color in shading is a 5USD flat fee.
Portrait-Complex: 80USD
A full workup portrait. The one with all the fixings. Colored and rendered.
Logo-Simple: 18USD
A unique logo. Simple and quick.
Logo-Dynamic: 24USD
A unique logo with a cherry on top..This option may include characters, patterns, or like elements.
***All additional persons in a portrait requires a flat fee. Differs with portrait type.
⭐Discounted additions per extra person, *only* when requesting an addition to a current portrait =
8USD in Basic, 14USD in Regular, 18USD in BW, & 26USD in Complex.
2. SKETCHES / COMMISSIONS
COMMISSION-Chibi: 14USD
A chibi comm. Less work for me means all the good stuff for you. Minimal shading. This does not include complex backgrounds, patterns, or additions. Base commission.
COMMISSION-Sketch: 16USD
A single, basic sketch only. No shading. Can include OCs, fanart, animals etc.
COMMISSION-Simple: 50USD
Colored and simple render. Progress video included.
COMMISSION-Addy: 70USD
A commission that includes work + depth as well as the progress video. More complexity. May incl comp additions to background or comm subject.
3. VOICE OVERS (VO)
VO: Varying USD.
Each Voice Project will have a unique cost based on the length of request.
The base price includes 150 words or less @ 5USD. Additional sets of up to 150 words will increase the total by 8USD as well as delivery time up to 24 more business hours.
VO timed audio sync and script proofreading are also available.
Time-synced audio per 60 seconds = 20USD + 2 (two) more days for completion.
Script proofreading per 100 words = 15USD.
VO script length and/or word count required for payment calculation.
4. WRITING PROJECTS
WRITING(s): Varying USD.
Similarly to VOs, each Writing Project will have a unique cost based on the length and type of request.
Writing projects range from academic work, creating plays, movie speeches, proofreading (not the same rate or type from voice overs), to ghost writing and more. Chances are if you need it, I can get it done. Requires 75% deposit or full payment at the worker's discretion. XS - S length written projects will most likely require full payment despite any extras.
There is a base price per project. Editing projects also fall under this category!
XS length writing projects = 22USD base price.
S length writing projects = 32USD base price.
M length writing projects = 52 - 302USD base price.
L length writing projects = 302 - 602USD base price.
Additional or complicated work (differs) will cost more.
The total of each written work may vary greatly.
...Regular Proofreading rate = 0.028USD per word or 5.60 (five dollars and sixty cents) per 200 words may apply for XL length projects but this is rare.
<> Additions a MUST at time of request. Otherwise, a flat-rate inconvenience fee incurs on top of total.
All the above include 2 free revisions (within reason where applicable). So, please be sure to decide changes, if any, with care.
Book Reviews: 50USD
Honest ONLY feedback.
Any and ALL paid reviews are for honest opinions. ADMCreations LLC does not offer automatic, "good" ratings/reviews even if you pay for a book review. Ever. Reviews will be posted on Amazon and Goodreads.
To post elsewhere Results in a 3USD fee per platform added to the total.
Book reviews (paid and unpaid) will be posted to the website on the BR page. This page is a new feature on the website! Please check it every so often for reviews. If you request services you may ask for a "review STOP (rSp)" if for any reason you do not wish for it to be made public on other websites. The fee does not occur if an rSp request is made within 24 hours from review completion.
Any requests over 500 pages are case-by-case and, if accepted, will cost extra.
If you have a large print book, please reach out for more information so you aren't overcharged.
There are some genres that ADMCreations does not accept for review. These may change without notice so please check here before requesting work.

Donation/Tip/Bonus Fee = 5USD.
An always *optional* fee, given by the requesting party. If you want to add this fee and it is not requested at invoice, it can always be billed separately. Thank you in advance to any such persons.
1 Chibi Addition = 7USD.
This discounted price only applies to a current requested work. Base chibi commission required.
Simple Shading = 5USD.
This is a fee for any piece that does but include shading. Black, white, and gray (differs), or a single color only.
Commission Rush Fee = 10USD.
A fee incurred via rushed pieces. This fee exists in different capacities for other types of service, but those amounts are subject to change based on project size, time for completion, and workload. Any amount charged for rushed work will of course, be reflected on the the invoice.
SORRY! = 12USD.
An inconvenience fee charged to the requester for the trouble of a late addition or other request. This is not the compounding fee for late payments!
BACKGROUND-Simple = 4USD.
A fee for a simple background added to a piece. Single colors or bi-color gradients included.
BACKGROUND-Mid = 8USD.
A fee for mid-tier background added to a piece. Can include Trit (3 or more) color gradients non-complex objects, silhouettes, etc.
BACKGROUND-Loaded = 16USD.
A fee for a complex background addition. Can include designs, patterns color gradients, detailed objects, specific themes etc.
BACKGROUND-Extra! = 32USD.
A fee for large, very detailed, and/or elaborate backgrounds.
BKREVIEW-Extra! = 26USD.
A fee added to total for any book over 510 pages. This up to covers 110 more pages of text.
rSp!! = 12USD.
A fee paid to "stop" a review, usually after it has already been made, from public view by deletion on a platform.
ALL Additions, regardless of type or project requested a MUST at time of request. Otherwise, a flat-rate inconvenience fee of 12USD incurs on top of total (SORRY Fee). Additions may result in slower completion time.

×× IMPORTANT TERMINOLOGY.
¹Requester/requesting party refers to any persons, businesses or entities requesting work from ADMCreations LLC and/or direct affiliates.
²Worker/Artist refers to Alexia D. Miller, or direct affiliate (if applicable but highly unlikely) that is completing the request.
³Base price refers to the cost of a work before any additions.
⁴Work refers to any auditory, digital, or physical piece being requested. This includes poems, manuscripts, resumes, and other 'written' items. Sketches, drawings, paintings, designs, books, book covers, embellishments, bookmarks, characters, original characters (OCs), paid reviews, items of clothing, shoes, voice overs (VOs), and more. This list is not all inclusive.

This does not refer to any unauthorized persons/companies. Including but not limited to similar, copycat businesses, scam artists, individuals or entities (professional or amature) acting together or apart to profit from this company's name, reputation, and/or exposure.
I. CONDUCT.
1. All parties are expected to hold themselves in a respectful, concise and polite manner throughout the start and duration of any work(s) to completion. Disrespectful acts or words of any kind will result in a mandatory and binding 20USD fee to the worker, forfeit any chance of refund, and possibly block the requester's (s') future requests.
2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided by the resquesting party before any work begins and payment(s) received.
3. Clear communication is required for an accurate request/final work.
4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission/work/project/service being declined, partial payment without refund, additional fees or work cancelation (w/w/o notice).
5. The requesting party agrees to pay via any means discussed prior, or according to the default payment option, in partial or full payment (as agreed). This will be reflected at the time of invoice but the requester is legally obligated to pay the entire amount for the work.
Il. PAYMENT.
1. Work must be paid, via a deposit equal to half the base costs (without extra additions), OR full-price, before the start of any work(s). Which applies is based on many factors including size of work, time for completion, and more. A deposit vs full-price is at the discretion of ADMCreations LLC. The requester(s) are responsible for any and all payments.
2. All rush and heavy workload pieces require full payment first.
3. Payment accepted in any currency outlined via the ADMCreations website if payment is received via the current/active website owned exclusively by ADMCreations LLC. Else, payment accepted only in USD via Cashapp, Venmo, Affirm, Afterpay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Direct Deposit, etc. Never to any individual or entity that claims to be or affiliated with this company. Please be careful and verify any communication you feel unsure of. ADMCreations LLC takes no responsibility for any falsehoods or missing / stollen funds.
4. Discounts may be available, outlined on invoice (if any).
5. Any and ALL paid reviews are for honest opinions. ADMCreations LLC does not offer automatic good ratings/reviews even if you pay for a book review. Ever.
III. PROCESS.
1. Arrangement of process: #1 Initial consultation, #2 reference, and #3 all other details provided by the requesting party (if any), #4 sketch-ups (for drawings, photos, or other illustrations), or base work (written works), #5 final work, #6 basecolor & rendering (if applicable), #7 Final product(s) will be sent via the most appropriate means to the requesting party. This may be via jpg, png, pdf, mp3/mp4 or other relevant file(s). The requesting party's preference will take priority for files sent. All work will be received by the deadline, before 12:01 AM (subject to timezone of the worker, not the requesting party). This is only a guideline, the exact process may differ from above without notice.
2. Work generally expected to take 7 business days from the day following full payment or deposit, whichever applicable) to completion. This time may vary depending on size of workload and complexity.
3. If there are any circumstances that delay completion, the requester will be informed via the email on file. The requester is responsible for updating the worker of changes to contact needs/ information.
4. The requesting party agrees that the time-frame for all works includes a two (2) addional business day flex time, as a reasonable accommodation per requested work, even if not utilized.
5. A "rush" can be added for an additional fee which will cut the deadline down to 1-4 business days. This is a flat fee ranging from 10-20 USD. Subject to change. This does not exclude the application of reasonable accommodation.
6. Additions (additional charges based on adding items/elements, rush work, etc.) will be outlined in the invoice upon receipt.
7. Any late or missing payments from the requesting party are subject to 15USD late fee incursion per week.
8. Any payment conflict/issue may result in legal action on the behalf of ADMCreations LLC.
IV. REVISIONS
1. The subject of the work cannot be changed after payment has been submitted. Otherwise, a new, formal, request must be submitted. This will make half the total cost of any previous request nonrefundable and will incur up to a six (6) dollar (USD) additional fee charged on the new request invoice.
2. A maximum of 2 (two) revisions are included free of charge. Excluding VOs which are case-by-case.
*If the request is a rushed work, the revision time may be moved, at the worker's discretion, to a later time during/ leading up to completion without notice. For example, after final line art or working base (applicable to written work(s)) is completed.
3. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.
4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.
V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY.
1. The artist/worker has the right to cancel and/or refund the appropriate amount at any time.
2. If the requester cancels work(s) for any reason after the start of request, they will incur a fee equal to 25% of the base price. Up to 100% of base price depending on workload completed and/or time passed since commission onset. Payment plans for this situation is not guaranteed, however, may be possible if made in a written request and then approved by ADMCreations LLC. Each scenario will be weighed separately for decision.
3. REFUNDS available on a case-by-case basis, after review of circumstance(s). Still subject to agreement outlined above.
*Refunds must be requested in writing for review.
4. Book reviews are not eligible for full or partial refund unless they cannot be completed or were refused after book start. Most often, a refusal occurs if/when ADMCreations determines that a book falls under the "Unacceptable for Paid Review" list from the Comms & Services Breakdown forum on the website. Other reasoning may apply. Partial refunds for such will not exceed 50% of the project/review price paid.
